Animal 04:01
I know I am an animal, My engine runs against my will, So will you stop my beating heart? Maybe just for long enough to Help to save me from myself, As every man will know sometimes I Have to drive this sickness out, And drag you down to lie with me, For I am an animal. I know I am an animal, I come today to sink again, Deep into this wickedness, To clear my sight and clear my mind, Of these dark, foreboding clouds, The instincts I know all too well, that Drive me here to do these things, And drive me to commit these sins, For I am an animal.

Do It Better 02:48
When a man crashed the gravy train, We were told he was not to blame, We were told we were "in this together." And they said that it would be hard, We might struggle, we might starve, We were told we must all "do it better." Is this the greatest lie they sold us all this time? The perfect way to keep us down. And still we hear them call, as they force us to the ground, "Do it better, do it better, do it better." Now rich men born to luxury, Drive the rest into penury, And they tell us it's all "getting better." Working our fingers to the bone, Just to pay for your second home, And you tell us we still could do better. Is this the greatest lie they sold us all this time? The perfect way to keep us down. And still we hear them call, as they force us to the ground, "Do it better, do it better, do it better." You can try to assess your worth, But by virtue of their birth, There are always a few who'll be "better." Do not question the how or why, Do not question how hard you try, You'll be told that they are "simply better." Is this the greatest lie they sold us all this time? Still not a penny trickles down. And still they crack that whip, as they force us to the ground, "Do it better, do it better, do it better."
